her career in the financial industry and after 10 years wanted to
follow her passion of fitness. Elena is certified by the National
Council of Strength and Fitness, World Instructors Training School
and AAAI. She is constantly increasing her knowledge base through
continuing education courses offered by nationally recognized fitness
organizations. Whether you are looking to commit to your first exercise
program or to get to an elite level of fitness Elena and her staff
have the experience to design the right program for you. There are

Jill Chmiel, Manager, Personal Trainer
Jill is a graduate of Kean University with a bachelors in psychology. She has been dedicated and enthusiastic about nutrition, health and exercise for the past 13 years. Jill is an instructor of spinning, abdominal and total body workout. She has been teaching for the past 3 years. She is also actively involved in helping clients get on the right track to healthy eating and an overall healthy lifestyle. She takes tremendous pride in successful outcomes and puts her whole heart into everything she does. |

Lucille has been involved in the fitness industry for over fifteen
years. Starting out as an Aerobics Instructor, Lucille gradually
expanded her area of expertise to combine cardio training with strength
conditioning. The secret to Lucille's success is the belief that
she offers a unique combination of flexible health and fitness components
that can be configured and tailored to meet the goals of the individual
client. Lucille relies on her strong sense of purpose and motivation,

Stephen Anton, Personal Trainer
Stephen is certified by ISSA. He has been attending Raritan Valley
Community College for his fitness specialist degree. Stephen plans
on furthering his knowledge by attending Rutgers University for
his Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. He has
always loved weightlifting and does many physical activities such
as basketball, volleyball, dirt bike riding and hiking. His passion
for fitness cannot be contained, which he instills in everyone he
works with to ensure they attain desired goals. |

Kevin Baker
Testimonial: My fitness career began early in my life because of my wrestling
background. Participating in this sport made me very aware of physical fitness,
nutrition, and most importantly goal setting. Wrestling afforded me the opportunity
to go to college where I graduated from Wilkes University in May of 2000 with
a degree in Business Administration. My motivation in life and fitness is first
and foremost my wife and two daughters. Secondly is helping people realize their

Colby is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training
Institute. He has been involved in the exercise industry ever since he was a
little kid. He has played college sports and is a very competitive athlete. To
be active in health and fitness is a great opportunity for Colby to spread and
use his knowledge to the best of his ability. He admires when fitness makes someone

Billy is a certified personal trainer through AFAA. He has been involved in
the fitness industry ever since he was a teenager. He holds a bachelor's degree
in Health Promotion from Lynchburg College where he played baseball. He is also
a teacher of children with autism. Fitness is Billy's passion and a way of life.
He truly cares about his clients and loves to see them achieve their goals. |
